Returns

We hope you love your planner and journal as much as we do, but for any reason you're not happy with it please get it touch ASAP and we'll do our best to help. 

We have a 14 day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Please request a return by emailing us at: suppliedwithlove@hotmail.com with your name and order number. 

Please note that buyers are responsible for any return postage costs. We advise to send the returns back via tracked delivery as until the item reaches us it is under your responsibility. We will issue a refund within 14 days from the day we receive your return and you will receive a system generated email to confirm this.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right
