Shipping & delivery

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order in addition to the shipping. 

If you ordered in one of our sales, please allow up to 5 working days to process your order. 

Please note, we can only guarantee your order will be dispatched on time. We CAN NOT guarantee your order will arrive on time as this is down to the shipping courier and their current delivery times and if they're experiencing any delays which tends to be the case around Christmas, Black Friday, Cyber Monday etc. Thank you for understanding.

If items are returned to us due to incomplete address / missing information we kindly ask you to pay for the shipping fee again as the cost of resending your item is a lot for our small business. 

Shipping within the UK 

We have 2 shipping options within the UK:

Tracked 48 hours (£2 fee)

Tracked 24 hours (£3 fee) 

These are discounted shipping fees. This means that you pay 50% of the shipping costs and we pay the other 50%. This is our gift to you so to keep your purchase costs as low as possible ♥

Shipping within Europe 

Due to recent changes in the Global Postal Services Regulations (GPSR), we regret to inform our customers that we are no longer able to ship to countries within the European Union. This new policy has been implemented by postal and courier services, and as a result, shipments to EU member states are currently unavailable. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and apologise for any disruption. We are actively working on finding alternative solutions and will keep our customers updated on any changes. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping to the rest of the world 

We ship to most countries world wide. If your country isn't on the list please get in touch and we'll try our best to help. 

Please note, buyers are responsible for import duty, charges or taxes. Please check with your local customs

The shipping rate will depend on your country:

USA 

All shipping to the USA is £5 and we used Royal Mail Standard tracked shipping which takes around 7 business days but can take slightly longer.

Australia & New Zealand 

All shipping to Australia / New Zealand is £12 and we used Royal Mail Standard tracked shipping which takes around 7 business days but can take slightly longer

Everywhere else

If your country is not listed above, you will come under ''rest of the world'' which is a standard rate of £12 and we used Royal Mail Standard tracked shipping and takes around 7 business takes but can take slightly longer. 

If your package hasn't arrived within 2 weeks, please send us an email (info@suppliedwithlove.com) and we will do our best to help. We ask that you please do not leave us a negative review if you haven't received your item as this is something that is out of our control and we will do our best to fix ASAP if you get in contact with us. Negative reviews heavily affect us a small business. Thank you for your understanding.
